Beginner lessons are in flat water only.
Beginner lessons are one and one half hours.

You begin with a short land lesson that involves :
Three basic paddle strokes:
Three basic board positions:
How to correctly mount your board in shallow and deep water
How to fall correctly in shallow water and in deep water
After practicing these skills on land we then enter the water. First we learn to paddle on our knees with basic paddle strokes. After a few minutes in the water you will be ready to take stance on your board.
We will teach the following in the water:
How you turn the board 180 degrees
How to stop and slow down with stability
How to build and decrease speed with multiple paddle strokes
Correct posture while paddling
Now that we have worked on our fundamentals it’s time to apply them.
